RXV trims explained
Valor is the entry trim, with standard LED headlights and a choice of colors. It comes as lead-acid electric or EX1 gas.
Freedom adds more comfort and options for personal owners, with a choice of ELiTE lithium or EX1 gas.
Touring is offered on the RXV 4 ELiTE and adds a technology package, which can include a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, speakers, USB charging, and premium wheels.
Summit is the top trim, adding a lifted suspension and fender flares along with the premium technology options.
Who the RXV is for
Choose an RXV 2 if you mainly golf or drive with one passenger. Choose an RXV 4 if you carry family or friends around the neighborhood or lake. Pick ELiTE lithium for low maintenance and quick charging, or EX1 gas if you want long range without plugging in.
Frequently asked questions
Is the E-Z-GO Valor the same as the RXV?
Starting in 2026, yes. Valor is now the entry-level trim of the RXV. Older Valor carts (2022–2025) were sold as a separate model.
What is the difference between the E-Z-GO Freedom and the RXV?
Freedom is now a trim of the RXV aimed at personal owners, with ELiTE lithium or EX1 gas power and more options. Older carts sold as "Freedom RXV" are the personal-use version of the same platform.
How many people does an E-Z-GO RXV seat?
The RXV 2 seats two people and the RXV 4 seats four.
Is the E-Z-GO RXV gas or electric?
It's available as both. Electric RXVs use ELiTE lithium or lead-acid batteries depending on trim, and gas RXVs use E-Z-GO's EX1 engine.
